"The team atmosphere in college baseball is my most missed part. In college your teammates become your best friends."

01

What was your experience during the recruiting process? Is there anything you wish you knew back then that you know now?

I really wasn’t educated on a college baseball schedule and how the pitching rotation works. There’s only 4 starters and then everyone else is fighting for a relief spot.

02

How did you choose which college program you wanted to play at? Did you have multiple offers? What was your most important aspect when choosing a college program?

I choose my school because I was looking for the best academic and baseball program.

03

What was your favorite part of college baseball?

The team atmosphere in college baseball is my most missed part. In college your teammates become your best friends.

04

As you have progressed into professional baseball; how would you compare your experience professionally to college baseball? Which have you enjoyed more?

There are so many differences between college and pro baseball. I prefer pro ball because it's more on your own but the lessons and knowledge I gained in college prepared me for pro ball.

05

If you could provide advice to an amateur player looking to play college baseball and has dreams to play professionally, what would it be?

My advice to high schoolers looking to play college baseball and beyond make sure you love baseball because if you don’t the sport is not meant for you. Also find a school that you love because when baseball isn’t going your way you want to be somewhere you still enjoy.
